The Mommy Pages Part III NOMS

I am a strong believer in breast feeding your baby. But understand that not everyone can.
Here are a few feeding items that we found to be very helpful with our Little Bean.

Even though I nurse Little Bean it was a great bonding experience for my husband to feed her from a bottle. We found these bottles to be really great.

We were given the plastic ones but I imagine the Born free glass bottles with the slippers would be fantastic too, we had a different brand of glass bottles with silicone covers but I like these better.

If  I can impart one bit of advice - Do not skimp on a breast pump! Go for the very best. The Medela pump in Style makes breast pumping much easier.  You will also need these bags  to save and freeze your milk in. Milk should always be stored in the back of your freezer and do not store for more than 6 months.

Do you want to make your own baby food? Then you need the Beaba Babycook
It cooks and blends the food all in the same machine, less mess, less stress. It is fantastic.
We used jars we recycled to put the food in. My friend would freeze portions of the food on a cookie tray like cookies then place the food in jars.

The Boppy. Yes, the boppy made feeding Little Bean easier and added comfort. Plus it helps with some of those first mile stones

Warning! This glider might be one of the most comfortable chairs you ever sit in.  We received one as a hand me down and there is a good chance that it will become part of our permanent furniture collection.
